The Participant registering in the Conference system declares the way of participation:
passive or active participation.

Active participation is available in two forms: Oral presentation in SCIENTIFIC MODULE: Enology & Vinotherapy (24th April 2020) OR Presentation of Vineyards, Winemakers and Wines in WINE MODULE combined with Tasting Workshops (25th April 2020).

a) Oral presentation in SCIENTIFIC MODULE: Enology & Vinotherapy (24th April 2020):

• The abstract is required.
• The presentation time is 12-15 min. in total (10-13 min. of presentation + 2-3 min. for a short discussion). The Participants are kindly requested to plan their presentation in order to match to the predicted time.
• Participants are kindly asked to hand over their presentation file (.ppt, .pptx or .pdf file) to the staff, possibly the 3 days before the Conference. Presenters will have an opportunity to update their files during the coffee break before sessions.
• The presentation should be sent to the Organizer in advance to the e-mail address: vitienopharm.presentations@gmail.com by the April 21, 2020.

b) Presentation of Vineyards, Winemakers and Wines in WINE MODULE combined with Tasting Workshops (25th April 2020):

• The abstract is not required.
• The presentation time is 15-20 min. + 5 min. for a short discussion (optionally).
• If needed: Participants are kindly asked to hand over their presentation file (.ppt, .pptx or .pdf file) to the staff possibly the 3 days before the Conference. Presenters will have an opportunity to update their files during the coffee break before sessions.
• If needed: The presentation should be sent to the Organizer in advance to the e-mail address: vitienopharm.presentations@gmail.com by the April 21, 2020.

If the number of submitted abstracts will be large, the Organizer reserves the right to select abstracts and make additional poster session for participants not qualified for an oral session
