The Pharmacy programme is a full-time, long-cycle master’s degree with a general academic profile, preparing students for work in community and hospital pharmacies, laboratories involved in drug analysis, clinical research units, and the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Graduating from this programme also provides the opportunity to pursue third-cycle studies at the Doctoral School of Medical and Health Sciences or to seek employment at universities and research institutes.
The Pharmacy programme lasts 5 and a half years, with a mandatory six-month internship in a pharmacy during 11th semester as an integral requirement to obtain the Master of Pharmacy degree.
The recruitment process considers the results of the extended level matura exam in chemistry (group 1) and one subject from group 2 (biology, mathematics, or physics). The ranking list of candidates is based on the average points obtained from chemistry and the selected subject from group 2.
Details regarding the recruitment for the Pharmacy programme can be found on the websites of the Admissions Office and Online Application System.
