2:05 PM – Dr. Marcin Zychma – “Scientists in the pharmaceutical industry: Are we solving healthcare problems or creating new ones?”
Dr. Marcin Zychma – a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Silesia, PhD in medical sciences, and specialist in internal medicine. After graduation, he worked in the Clinic of Internal Diseases, Diabetology, and Nephrology in Zabrze. Since 2005, he has worked for Novo Nordisk, initially in the medical and drug development departments at the company’s headquarters in Copenhagen, and then at the international operations headquarters in Zurich. In September 2024, he took the position of Corporate Vice President of the research and development department of the Japanese branch of the company, based in Tokyo.
The meeting will be moderated by Prof. Tomasz Klupa (Department of Metabolic Diseases, Faculty of Medicine, Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow).
