We cordially invite you to participate in the seminar “The Crooked Ruler of Science – On Evaluation in Poland”, which is part of the “What is Happening to the University?” series.
Does the current system of evaluating science in Poland effectively support the development of research and universities? Or is it more like a “crooked ruler” whose standards are out of touch with academic realities?
During the seminar, led by Prof. Marcin Kołaczkowski – Head of the Department of Medical Chemistry and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Jagiellonian University-Collegium Medicum, we will discuss the science evaluation system in Poland, its impact on the work of researchers, and the future of Polish science.
