On October 21 and 18, a ceremony was held at the Presidential Palace, during which the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, awarded the title of professor to academic teachers and workers in science and art. Among them are three scientists from the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum.
The newly appointed professors are:
Aleksander Mendyk (Faculty of Pharmacy) – professor of medical and health sciences in the discipline of pharmaceutical sciences,
Przemysław Tomasik (Faculty of Medicine) – professor of medical sciences and health sciences in the discipline of medical sciences,
Maria Walczak (Faculty of Pharmacy) – professor of medical and health sciences in the discipline of pharmaceutical sciences.
