Supplementary recruitment enables qualification for trips to almost all universities with which the Faculty has signed interinstitutional agreements, and the limit of places has not been exhausted in the basic recruitment.
Formal requirements for participation in recruitment:
Declaration of knowledge of a foreign language required by the partner university at the minimum B2 level or the level specified by the partner university.
Status of a student or doctoral student of the Jagiellonian University.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The basis for determining the qualification result will be:
- average grade for the last year of studies or
- in the case of first-year students of second-cycle studies, the result of recruitment for studies or
- in the case of doctoral students, the result of recruitment to the doctoral school.
2. The qualification result will be determined on a scale from 0 to 100.
- the average grade will be calculated according to formula: qualification result = (average grade – 2) / 3 * 100.
- if the same result is obtained, priority on the ranking list will be given to people with (documented) higher knowledge of a foreign language. In the event of the same result and level of foreign language knowledge, the order on the ranking list will be determined by the result of the interview conducted by the faculty coordinator.
3. Additional points will be awarded for:
- Rector’s scholarship (+15 points)
- involvement of students and doctoral students of the Jagiellonian University in the work of business entities (+15 points):
- in the Student Government of the Jagiellonian University or in the Society of Doctoral Students of the Jagiellonian University (Local Governments)
- in student and doctoral organizations (e.g. RKN, TBSP UJ, scientific clubs)
- in associations operating at the University
Qualification procedure:

NOTE: Knowledge of a foreign language may be verified at a later stage by the institute/faculty coordinator. If the candidate cannot confirm the declared level of foreign language knowledge, the granted trip will be canceled.
- the candidate can indicate up to 3 partner universities to which he or she wants to go according to selection priority.
- each person applying for mobility under the Erasmus+ program is obliged to complete editable fields in the USOSweb system, including a CV and a cover letter.
- The Qualification Committee will consider the submitted applications and award the candidates travel opportunities in USOSweb.
- after logging in to USOSweb in the Student Exchange tab, candidates will be able to check the recruitment results.
- NOTE: After qualifying for the Erasmus+ Studies Program, the candidate must accept the awarded university within 7 days of being awarded a partner university in USOSweb by completing the application with the missing information.
