dated February 13, 2026 regarding

the deadline and method of submitting applications for financing research tasks financed from the MNiSW subvention for the maintenance
and development of research potential in 2026 at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Jagiellonian University Medical College

Call for applications opens: February 13, 2026

Call for applications closes: February 25, 2026

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I kindly inform you that on February 13, 2026, based on the Regulations for awarding and settling financial funds from the subvention for the maintenance and development of research potential the call for applications for financing research tasks (so-called internal projects)
in 2026 at the Faculty of Pharmacy UJ CM was launched.

The application system will be available at a new address:
http://www.eskulap.cm-uj.krakow.pl.

Detailed rules for submitting applications:

  1. Applications for internal research must be submitted in the application: www.eskulap.cm-uj.krakow.pl

  2. Logging into the system requires using the credentials for the mail domain @uj.edu.pl or @doctoral.uj.edu.pl (e-mail address and password).

  3. Heads of internal projects can be both employees and doctoral students.

  4. Doctoral applications may be financed under the Research Support Module of the ID.UJ program and may be subject to additional regulations and take the form of one-year support. At a later stage, these applications must be additionally registered in the system https://strefaid.uj.edu.pl/.

  5. A short instruction for submitting applications is available at this address.

The call is open until February 25, 2026, until 11:59 PM. After this deadline, submitting applications will not be possible.

The application, printed and signed by the Project Head and the Head of the Unit, must be submitted to the National Programmes Department of the CZP CM by March 4, 2026.

Additional information about the recruitment procedure is provided by the employees of the National Programmes Department of the Centre for Project Management CM at tel. no. (12) 43 32 800, (12) 43 32 789 or via e-mail: dpk_cm@uj.edu.pl (in the subject of the message please provide: “Application for internal research in 2026”). Additionally, applicants can use the assistance of coordinators from the Project Support Department assigned to individual UJ CM units.
